By downloading or purchasing this product you have obtained a personal use license as outlined below, and you are required to abide by the terms of use outlined in this agreement.

Personal use: YOU MAY:

  • Use the graphics for your personal scrapbooking or other personal projects only. Please give credit to Tracie Stroud Designs. A link back is not required but appreciated.
  • Alter the graphics with respect to size, coloration and blending. Credit is still required for any altered graphics.
  • Use the graphics in submissions to any scrapbooking magazine or related publication, provided proper credit is given to Tracie Stroud Designs.
  • Use my products to decorate your PERSONAL blog, provided that you clearly credit Tracie Stroud Designs and provide a link back to my website at www.traciestroud.com.
  • NO commercial/business blogwear or web design usage is allowed.

YOU MAY NOT:

  • Claim these graphics (or any altered graphics) as your own.
  • Redistribute the graphics in any way, shape, or form. This includes but is not limited to; trades, shares, emails, forums/groups, file sharing sites or programs, websites or direct file transfers.
  • Use these graphics for any commercial design use.
  • Create brushes or tubes from my products.
  • Use my designs for any harmful, pornographic, obscene, defanatory, immoral, or racist material.
  • Incorporate these graphics into any other product to be sold or given away, including but not limited to templates, quickpages, cards, blog/website designs, or skins.

By downloading or purchasing this product you have obtained a limited commercial use license as outlined below, and you are required to abide by the terms of use outlined in this agreement.

These commercial use products are for personal & limited commercial use. These CU products must be altered in some way and not used as-is. I do not require credit in your Terms of Use, but it is always appreciated.

Limited Commercial Use – YOU MAY:

  • Use these commercial use products to make digital papers and other elements for your digital scrapbooking kits that you sell or kits that you offer as freebies, provided the item has been altered in some way (resizing, recoloring, adding brushes, styles, etc.) and does not constitute more than 30% of the overall final product.
  • Use these commercial use products for your Scrap-for-Hire friendly kits.
  • Use these commercial use products in your scrapbook layouts that you submit to galleries/forums/blogs/websites, provided that you give proper credit to Tracie Stroud, as you would with personal-use kits.
  • Incorporate my designs on your personal craft projects, not for monetary gain.

YOU MAY NOT:

  • Use these products for commercial graphic design, photography and/or blog/website design business for monetary gain.
  • Use these commercial use products to create paper scrapbooking products. This is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. As paper scrapbooking is considered as a large-scale industry, a separate license must be obtained for this purpose. Please contact Tracie Stroud to obtain such license.
  • Redistribute my products as-is (both free and commercial) in any way, medium, shape or form. This means you may not share my products through servers, clouds or links, copy them to drives for sharing purposes, give to friends or family, and/or claim them as your own.
  • Use these commercial use products to create commercial use items.
  • Use these products for obscene, defamatory, immoral work or any other purposes that are prohibited by the law.
  • Claim my products as your own.
  • Turn the designs into tubes, brushes, shapes, etc. and share them in any way.
  • Sell the product as-is. It must be altered in some form.
